Terms and Conditions

Toplodr is a Pokémon Trading Card Game collection tracker at toplodr.com. You can search prints by name, set, or number; browse sets, Pokémon, and trainers; check marketplace prices; and keep a collection and watchlist — as a guest in this browser, or in an account that syncs across devices.

By using Toplodr you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or keep using the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and permit your use. Toplodr is a hobby catalog for TCG collecting. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect account data from anyone under 13.

You can create an account with a username, email, and password (12 or more characters), or by signing in with Google or Discord. Email sign-up requires a verified inbox. When Resend is configured, we send verification and email-change messages; otherwise the same links are logged for development.

You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. You can review signed-in devices, change username, email, or password, disconnect social sign-in, and permanently delete your account from Account. Deleting an account removes the account, synced collection, watchlist, and saved sessions.

Sessions last about 30 days and are stored as an httpOnly cookie. We may end a session if we believe the account is compromised or being abused.

Without an account, collection quantities and watchlist items stay in this browser. When you register or sign in, Toplodr merges that guest data into your account. Clearing site data on your device deletes guest data that has not been synced.

Card data comes from TCGdex. Market values include TCGPlayer USD finishes and Cardmarket EUR trends when TCGdex provides them. Prices are snapshots for information only — not appraisals, offers, or investment advice. Listings, availability, and actual sale prices live on those marketplaces, not here.

English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese prints are separate catalogs. Choosing a language stores a first-party preference so the catalog you asked for stays selected.

• Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the site in a way that harms other visitors or our providers.
• Do not impersonate others, attack accounts, or use the service for anything unlawful.
• Do not upload or submit material you do not have the right to share.
• Admin tools, tickets, and catalog maintenance are for operators. Do not attempt to access them without permission.

Card names, artwork, and set information are shown for identification and collection tracking. The Toplodr name, site design, and original software remain with the operator of toplodr.com.

We provide Toplodr as-is. Catalog coverage, images, prices, and uptime can change or fail. We may add, remove, or change features, including language catalogs and sign-in options, without notice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator of Toplodr is not liable for lost cards, lost data, pricing mistakes, downtime, or any indirect or consequential loss from using the site. If a court finds this limitation unenforceable, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the prior twelve months (which is currently nothing — Toplodr is free).

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material account-related changes may also be noted on Help.

There is no public legal inbox yet. Account questions, deletion, and how the product works are covered on Help and in Account settings. These pages describe how Toplodr actually works; they are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
